To promote a love of literacy, we are happy to announce this year’s reading incentive program, READING IS DINO-MITE.
In September, we reward all students who participated in the summer reading incentive program with their first collectible trading card, a Pteranodon. At each rally, students will receive a new trading card to keep and enjoy.
To participate, simply record the minutes spent reading on the monthly chart, have a parent or guardian sign the log, and return it to school by the due date listed.
As part of our rally, we will also recognize and celebrate those students who demonstrate good character. You can use the chart on the back of this booklet to keep track of the traits we will be focusing on throughout the year. Thank you for supporting this important educational program.
