More than 500 Students and Families Participate in Middle School Math Night
On Thursday, March 14th students and families reached for their mathematic stars at the middle school “Pi in the Sky” math night. In an early celebration of Pi Day, students, teachers, and families came together to creatively demonstrate and practice their Pi abilities. Each classroom invited students and parents to work with teachers on pi projects. Students even participated in a pi creation contest where they were asked to incorporate the pi symbol into their entry. Family learning is fun and often encouraged through math and literacy nights among the Brick Schools.
