January 2010 School Board Recognition Month
The New Jersey School Boards Association and the National School Boards Association have declared January 2010 to be School Board Recognition Month, a time that we acknowledge the contributions made by our local school board members. During the January 2010 Board of Education meeting, students and staff thanked the members of our Brick Township Board of Education for their timeless efforts and their hard work that makes Brick Township Schools a better place every day for our students. Each Board of Education member was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation creatively decorated by students from every District elementary school. A book was donated in honor of Board members to every school’s library.
